    The mom guilt is real, unjustified and toxic but it’s real. One can find so many articles along the lines of “Life before mom”, “How I used to be before I became a mother”, “Mourning the woman who once was”. They are the most beautiful articles about how moms devote all of themselves to their kids. Some even include a “Letter to my husband from the old me”. These heartfelt posts often bring me to tears.
